If you have ever tried to start a running program in the past and felt you couldn’t keep up or needed to be in better shape, this is the program for YOU! Along the way, we'll keep you moving with guidance and advice, weekly group training runs, and educational clinics on topics such as proper nutrition, choosing the right gear, and avoiding injury. As part of the No Boundaries program, participants will receive the following: **A 8-week training program and calendar with workouts provided **Coach-guided weekly training sessions **Access to coaches via email during the week **Dedicated support from the coach to answer individual questions **The camaraderie of others with the same goal!
